FAQs and Accessibility

Ticket Information:

Tickets for all upcoming events can be found at Hull Box Office. We do not sell any tickets from Fruit itself, or offer a collection on door service. For Hull Box Office e-ticket purchases, print your ticket/s at home or present them on a mobile device at the venue. Please bring ID (bank/credit card you booked with, current passport, driving license or PASS identification) along with your tickets to confirm you are the ticket holder.

Any resales or ticket releases will be announced on our website and social media and work on a first come first serve basis, unfortunately we cannot reserve tickets.

Unless stated otherwise for a specific event all our tickets are general admission.

All our tickets are sold through external ticketing companies, for any ticketing issues please contact the ticket provider you bought your tickets from.

Live Access

Unless otherwise stated, for live events the venue opens at 7:30pm and curfew is 11pm. We do not receive the set times for an event until the day of the show.


Accessibility/ requests

Fruit is accessible from a street level front door. The venue has has a disabled toilet via a shallow ramp

Some shows at Fruit are fully seated. For standing only shows you can request a chair if needed.

Age Restrictions

Fruit is an over 14s venue unless otherwise specified for a particular event (under 18s should be accompanied by an adult). For 18+ shows and age restricted events such as film screenings, ticket-holders will not be admitted to the event or receive a refund if unable to present valid identification indicating they are over the required age limit for the show they are attending. Only current passports, driving licenses or PASS identification cards are accepted as valid forms of ID. Student cards are not accepted.

How much is your cloakroom?

We operate a small cloak room charged at £1 per item.

Do you have a cash point?

We do not have a cash point, but you can pay on card on the bar. Please ensure you have enough cash to purchase merchandise and pay for the cloakroom if you would like to use these facilities.

Parking

Fruit does not have a car park. There is limited off-street parking on the streets adjacent to Fruit on Queen Street and Wellington Street.

The closest public car park for an evening is located at Princes Quay Shopping Centre, Princes Dock St, Hull, Kingston upon Hull HU1 2PQ. Parking at Princess Quay Shopping Centre between 6pm and 6am is priced at £1.  It is then a short walk over to Fruit on Humber Street.

In the day and close by is King William House (Market Place). Lowgate. Hull HU1 1RS, open between 7am and 6.30pm. It is then a short walk over to Fruit on Humber Street.

Conditions of entry

We reserve the right to conduct security searches on entry and exit of the premises. This policy is in place to maintain the safety of our customers and to prevent illegal activity. Anybody found in possession of illegal or contraband goods may be liable for prosecution. Refusal to be searched may lead to ejection and indefinite exclusion from the premises.

On entry to the venue you are consenting to the use of all images of yourself taken by our official photographer being used as we deem necessary for marketing purposes. All such images will remain the property of Fruit.

Drugs Policy

Fruit operates a zero tolerance policy with regards to illegal drugs. Anyone found to be taking or distributing illegal substances will be ejected and potentially reported to the authorities.
